Mr. Meengs has over 20 years of legal experience and focuses his practice on estate planning, elder law, real estate and general corporate matters. Mr. Meengs’ estate planning services include the drafting and administration of wills and trusts; guardianship and conservatorship matters; special needs and disability planning; probate litigation; name changes; and adoption. In addition, Bill provides his clients practical advice and solutions regarding elder law issues such as Medicaid planning and qualification. Bill does not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to estate planning and takes the time to listen to his client’s life situations and wishes in determining the best estate planning vehicle for that client. He then prepares a customized document to accomplish the client’s plan.
